And you will hand over the Governor Banks for trial.

Governor Banks agrees to terms 1, 2, and 3 outright, and extends 4 to include "Aelia will agree to not attack Portum for 15 years. He tells Governor Lincoln to shut up."

Governor Lincoln says "Fucking Hell we have the troops their, not him. You will deal with us, or you will be crushed. The addendum is the one thing that is required for us to move out."

Governor Banks replies, "We are not surrendering. We are agreeing to diplomatic terms. Remember that we are the ones with the air superiority, you are the ones who will be crushed."

Jem replies, "Very well, If you are going to extend term 4, Then i will add a new term."

5. Portum will grant Aelia exclusive trade rights.

Governor Jeremiah Davis offers Beacon as a place of neutral negotiations.

"I do not want for you to surrender, all I want is Banks. All we have to do is march in there and shoot him. You may have air superiority but we have the numbers."

Governor Banks agrees to all 5 Aelian terms but refuses the Kosmos term, citing the fact that Banks is not a Kosmos citizen

\\Reid, you are attacking a fortified city defended by 3,000 troops and you do not control the skies. While you can starve out Topsail quite easily, you would get your ass kicked if you tried to assault Portum, regardless of numbers.

Banks replies, "Then we have no deal with you, Kosmos. We will agree to all Aelian terms, however. It is against the Topsail constitution."

"I agree to all 5 Aelian terms, including the trial for the whole city." Lincoln says..

Kosmos-Aelia-Portum Treaty

Portum hereby agrees to all terms:

1. Joseph Banks will be put on trial, with a maximum sentence of 5 years of foreign occupation.

2. You will return your government to the way it was before you usurped power, a democracy.

3. You will scale down your military to a realistic size, What defines realistic will be determined at the US.

4. You will allow Kosmos' soldiers to leave through your port. 

5. You will not attack Aelia for 15 years and Aelia will not attack you.

6. Portum will grant Aelia exclusive trade rights.

"I fully agree to all of these terms under the condition that my troops will be the ones in portum." Lincoln states

Wait, You forced #1 on me. THAT IS NOT WHAT IA AGREED TO!
