If you attack me, you are not only destroying a completely innocent peace loving nation, you are showing the rest of the world that you are willing to go to any lengths to get your way, and that you are an aggressor and that you are not to be trusted.

Not only that, but hopefully, this war would be longer than you would think it to be, given that we would ask for foreign intervention.

Well in your case it isn't shortsighted, because you have something to actually gain from having your currency become the world standard. But it is certainly aggressive, somewhat arrogant, and definitely egotistical.

But I can't blame you for that. That only means that you are doing your job for your nation, and doing it to the best of your ability. I was instead replying to Portum there, and to expose his violence to the rest of the US: Sardia members.

"I can respect that. However, I must call in to question your claim that your economy is just so much stronger than mine, upon which this entire conversation rests. Your population is only slightly larger than my own, and your economy is only perhaps slightly larger given your international exposure. I concede that your economy is slightly larger than mine as it is, but I can tell you right now that that lost ground will quickly be made up.

In addition, if too many do not favor the complete acceptance of my currency resolution, we can make a poll, in the interests of a democratic system of government and for world peace and cooperation over all. In future US: Sardia conferences, we can bring up the debate once more to change the resolution."

"It is much stronger than yours though. I have been continously trading with 5 of the other nations on this planet, and They all hold assets that are valuable by Mya standard. It would damage most EVERYONE to not use my currency. It has nothing to do with population, It has to do with distribution. For what reason do you not agree to this change of using Myas?"

In response to recent economic hardships and the people of Portum having to suffer under a 98% tax rate, Governor Banks institutes a communist system of government, going against normal Topsail principles. All industries are taken under Government control, and Governor Banks is declared Governor for an indefinite period of time.
