He turned around and walked away.

Oslo was left standing there when he got a call from President Abrams. He answered his phone.

"We found them, you ready?"

Oslo stared after Klaus who went into the next room. Oslo sighed, looking down at his feet. His heart was racing, and his palms were sweaty. The butterflies before battle were hitting him, but at 29 years old, he was still in his prime for a strike. He nodded.

"I'll lead it myself. Where are they?" Oslo said, walking out of the mansion to go to Stockholm and prepare for war.

Minutes later, the fleet North of Spain turned back to the Northwestern part of France, to load up Special Operations personnel to run a classified mission. Within hours, they left for West.

There would be no apologizing from the GNF, but Oslo released his grip upon them for the time being, until they insulted the Norsemen again. This was an act of mercey, not an act of cowardice, and to take the Federation's kindness as a weakness would be folly. As Oslo was sitting at the bow of the Flagship of the fleet, he hoped that the Valens wouldn't test him again, or he might just go off the deep end.

"They better be thankful," Oslo said to himself as he was dipping coffee. //It's called Ranger Dip, soldiers would put coffee grounds in their lips for sentry duty to keep themselves awake. Pretty nifty shit, lol.//

Vladivostok, The Federal Eastern Union

"The Skype's fine - I have just opened a new secure connection that cannot be eavesdropped by anyone unless they have my permission," Imperator Akulov said to the two other leaders. "And if you're worrying, Ivan, it is virtually impossible to be hacked."

"That's a relief, Vladimir," Ivan sighed in relief. "Anyway, what were we talking about?"

"The Joint Alliance between the three of us," Tore Valen said from the screen. "That's the reason our friend Imperator Akulov had called on all of us in the first place."

"That's right, Tore," Imperator Akulov began. "I notice that though all of us have been leaders of a certain place for quite some time, all of our nations aren't as old as Topsail Empire - well, the Union has the base of the old Atlantica and Valen having the base of Spain, most of us are still new leaders."

"True," Ivan Gertesky nodded at the thought.

"And I'm sure all of us had seen what had happened when we did not act as a full alliance - especially when the Northern Federation Fleet had come right up Valen's coast," Imperator Akulov continued, as he projected a picture of the Federation Fleet from a recon drone. "If we had acted together as an alliance, we would not have been attacked in such scales - after all, the Northern Federation will fear us."

"Absolutely, Akulov," Tore Valen said through the screen. "The Flotilla in Barcelona was quite some luck for us - if it wasn't for that, your forces would've taken weeks to demonstrate the Union's presence upon Europe."

"See, guys? That's why I propose the Joint Alliance for all of our security," Imperator Akulov began to suggest, projecting a map of Eurasia and North Africa, except that it had some blue lines and blue dots on it. "As we have seen, we know that Europe will be the World's Arsenal when a war breaks out - for the alliance to work, it is necessary for us to have a quick, powerful response force ready at all times. That's why I propose Joint Bases upon these blue dots - both for the Federal Eastern Union Forces and Local Troops, watching out for a war in Europe. I am planning to station up to a few divisions on each of the nations."

"What do those blue lines stand for?" Tore Valen asked.

"That stands for the new transportation lines between us - Valen and Russia/the Union by sea, while Russia would be linked with the Union directly with roads and railways," Imperator Akulov said. "This change would be something like the Autobahn back in the ages of Hitler: it would accelerate transportation - namely that of the troops in case a war breaks out."

//As for your Admiral, Dot, I'm guessing that he has withdrawn along with the rest of the fleet. Also, my Flotilla is going to withdraw back into Barcelona and get ready for counter-terrorism missions.//

An armored Range Rover pulled up to the Presidential House, Middleton and his people dismounted the vehicle and were escorted to Abrams office. Along the way they looked at the pictures that lined the walls. His Spectre agents looked unimpressed but this was business and they have been chasing Abrams all over the world. The secretary opened the door to Abrams office and they walked in as Middleton saw the man sitting there he said "Glad your looking better Mr. President and excuse me for my rudeness but I have been all over the world it has been a slight hindrance" Middleton took a seat across from Abrams.

Abrams looked warily at the guards in his office, but he ignored them and went down to business.

"I am sorry as well for not being able to talk to you. The last two weeks have been a blur. I do believe that this meeting today is to discuss La Revelucion, if I can remember right," he said, sipping the sweet tea sitting on his desk. He was about to continue speaking but then his phone rang. He whispered "I need to answer this" to Middleton then answered the phone. It was Rear Admiral Joseph Times, leader of Task Force A which is currently in the Bay of Biscay. He asked for the permission to withdraw with the GNF ships, and Abrams said yes.

Bradley Middleton
Raleigh, Topsailian Capital District

after the hand shaking and the quick word from Abrams Middleton sat there as his Spectre Agents walked around the office looking for bugs. One of the Agents look at Middleton and points, in total they found five listening devices then one flipped a switch on a device that looked like a radio on his combat vest and said "Jammer is online President Middleton and Mr. Abrams". Middleton nodded and looked back at Abrams

"We saw you in the hospital after your run in with the terrorist...we stopped another attempt on your life when we got to your room and heard about the lose of your leg which you have our sincere apologies" Said Middleton and he placed the interrogation of the Topsailian double agent adding "This is the video of double agent from topsail that I mentioned"

Abrams watched the video, he was shocked that a Topsail Empire spy would become affiliated with La Revelucion. He sat their in shock for about 45 seconds after the video ended, not sure what to say. He finally broke the silence.

"Please tell me that goddamn Benedict Arnold is dead," he said.

Middleton had a grim look on his face and shook his head lacing his fingers together.

"we currently have him in solitary confinement and pulled a tooth the had a potassium cyanide pill imbedded in it when we brought him into custody but he is awaiting death in Sanctum...but as brutal as it will be I'm the one to pull the trigger when I get back to my Capital if you like you can accompany us, I'm just glad we found out that he was a double agent and not be able to start a war between you and I" replied Middleton

The Summit
"I am completely with that idea. I think though we should focus a majority of our force on hitting the rebels. If we can do that it should take some of the flak off of Tore. From what I've heard Grothbord is trying to stay out of this if it does get violent. So even if war is declared it's at minimum a 3 on 2 and our forces would already be in Valen." Ivan took a long look at the map. It would be hard for Olso to reinforce if they did declare war. Ivan excused himself and went out of the room. He picked up his phone an made a call. "Move an armored division backed by a mechanized infantry division to the Swedish border." He said in Russian before hanging up the phone and returning to the summit.

0918 June 20th, 2017
The Summit, Vladivostok, Federal Eastern Union

"My forces in Barcelona have already taken action to deal with La Revolucion bases upon the desert - in fact, attack helicopters and drones are actually tracking their vehicles down," Imperator Akulov provided further information. "And in a month, unless anything goes wrong, the terrorists would generally be falling apart, given that Karkov was already dead."

"Speaking of La Revolucion," Ivan asked. "What happened to the organization? It doesn't seem to launch any attacks so far."

"Following the Federation attack to take down Karkov, the entire organization seems to be falling apart," Imperator Akulov explained. "They have no leader - that automatically concludes into chaos in the organization. They wouldn't be able to launch any attacks for a while: however, I estimate that they will come back in the next three years."

"Fair enough," Tore Valen commented. "Three years is quite some time for us to prepare."

"Right," Imperator Akulov turned to the two leaders. "So, are you guys for my proposal of bases in your nations for a quick responsive force?"

President Abrams smiles when here hears Middleton's reply, happy that that traitor will get what he deserves. He then moves on to another subject.

"The triple alliance of Topsail Empire, the GNF, and Grothbord has been threatened by not only La Revelucion lately, but by the Federal Eastern Union and his two allies, Valen and the URS. I propose you to join a new bloc that I am to create, called NATO, or the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. It is the pooling of military resources between all member countries, to form a single common army fighting for freedom throughout the world, and it is also concerned with snuffing out terrorist groups. I would like you to join."

Tore nodded. "Yeah. I can set one up in Tunis. It would also give you a place to launch a defensive if the Federation decides to betray their words and re-enter my seas. I hope to get Grothbord onto our side. At least see if we can keep them neutral. We shall see where this goes."

Dominik replied to Tore,

"Tore, I assure you that Grothbord will remain neutral in this conflict unless disturbed. And Klaus knew this topic would come up, he is willing to put up a base in Ljubljana, in the heart of Grothbord."

Klaus walked in Dominik's office, wearing his Trench coat and mask, walking in with his cane slowly.

"Hold on gentlemen." Said Dominik and got up to greet Klaus.

"Hello Dominik, no need to speak. I shall continue the negotiations." Said Klaus
Dominik nodded and left the room.
