With the Navy finished, and the Arsenal finished as well, Jem shifts his priorities. Merchant ships are being rapidly constructed. 1000 soldiers are released from service, leaving 400 in Uly and 600 in Mycra. 200 soldiers are dispatched to the new city southwest of Mycra, known as Valya. 400 of the decomissioned soldiers take it upon themselves to grant Aelia prestige, and so start a colony on the Island northwest of Mycra.

Diplomats are sent to Hockesins colony, and Sardia, to establish trade and relations.

The Portum Navy has been completed, along with 1 merchant ship and 2 "flying merchants" which are large 120 meter long and use magnetic fields to cause antigravity. It is the same concept as the Warp Drive, to make the object much lighter, in the case of the Warp Drive to negative mass, to allow it to go faster.

A new settlement on the mainland of 100 people is constructed. The settlement is called Antville because the people of the town were feeling very random plus there is an ungodly amount of ants in the area. The Island were Portum and Elbror are is named Roanoke, in honor of the first British settlement in North America.

The Colonists have begun to clone the Red Superwolf, the same type as on Eden. A preliminary batch of 5 are completed, and it is expected to clone 20 a day. These wolves take longer to mature than the Eden type, taking 7 1/2 days to reach full maturity. However they live longer, up to 55 years compared to 40 years for the Eden wolves.

With the plumbing in place some of those a workers move onto building bio domes in the country. As the winter turns to spring building speeds up by the end of the month half a biodome is finished and a small amount of wind-generators are up. The factories are moving a little slower than before as most of the people building the factories were retakes with either the biodomes, wind-generators, or repairing the docks which is almost completed. The population is starting to settle in a little better as nits starting to become a little more like Helimond each day.

While a merchant is trading with Portum, they spot a flying merchant, and ask for the plans for it. Jem offers resources or anything else for the plans.

At the city of Uly, trade has been booming. A grand bazaar has formed, where one can anything that can be found in any of the nations. Jem Vlyan has granted amnesty to all foreign citizens, only in the city of Uly, so that they can trade and purchase among them.

The new soldier-founded city has become not-suprisingly, similar to a fortress. They requested resources to build artillery, to protect the City of Mycra and the islands, but they have been denied for now. Mycra has been expanding on the islands, and other cities have been founded on the islands. These are the cities of Crown, and Oren. Crown is on the left peninsula of the main province, and Oren is on the larger island of the miniature island chain. Mycra is on the two islands in between, and the mainland.

The city of Valya has been thriving, after small amounts of minerals have been found in the water. Miners suspect they come from the mountains nearby, and are mobilizing a settlement initiative. 

Aelia calls for a world-wide meeting to discuss goals, claims, and the future, and hosts this meeting in Uly. 200 garde are sent to guard the city.

With the docks completed the building of 2 Teojan-class cargo ships commence. They are unarmed due to the lack of oil in the region to fuel the rockets. A new factory is finished b the end of the week and all work of the factories is postponed until further notice as te peope request that an airport be constructed. Most of the wind generators are complete and half of the builders move to help with the construction of the airfield. The other half move to help with the building of the bio domes. The submarines are retasked with taking the diplomats, including the Commisar to the conference in Uly.

With the growth of trade on Artraes, the threat of pirates has become present. The ATG, now renamed to the Mycran Trading Guild, have formed the Mycran Merchant Marine. The MMM. They are soldiers that protect trade ships. The schematics for the flying merchant ship have been received, and construction begun. The fortress city on the Island northwest of Mycra has been names Cryton, and citizens flock to it, because of the fertile land. 600 citizens arrive, setting the population at 1000.

The construction of the navy has been finished, setting the navy at 7 cruisers, 2 battleships, 1 destroyer, and 2 submarines. Jem does not plan on continuing the growth of the navy at this time. 

Merchant trade ships are upwards of 80 count. 

Aelia has sent out diplomats requesting food for city growth to all the nations, specifically Portum, Eroeber, and the City of the nation Hockesin, which does not have a name as of yet. 

The citizens have come to Jem, requesting permission to settle on the Continent of Eria. Jem has denied them as of now, to prevent hostilities between Aelia and Sardia.

As the months passed, and the colony grew in size, military control over the colony, now named Beacon, has gradually been handed over to a civilian government, headed by the popularly elected Governor, Jeremiah Davis. The colony itself is located in a river valley between two mountain ranges, at the elbow of the newly named Red Clay river. Ample farmland is located around the river, although some of that space has been appropriated for expansion of the colony. The Rangers have erected a barracks on the highest point, a small, 70ft high hill near the bend in the river, and have erected a 10ft high wall around it. However the rest of the city has no formal defense, besides turret hardpoints and Ranger patrols. Droids also continue their scouting patrols out in the wilderness, but troublingly, there have been a rash amount of droids disappearing, with one even reporting combat before going dark.

Meanwhile, a central street as been constructed, with the mayor's house at one end, and the barracks at the other end. Most building on the main street are shops, while the second or third houses away from the main street are residential. The temporary shelters have been disassembled for materials, and a general goods factory, as well as a vehicle manufacturer have been built. A minor medical clinic has been built on main street, with plans for a new, state of the art facility in the works when resources are freed up from other projects. The surrounding fields are full of barley, corn, and wheat. A few orchards have popped up here and there, and about 4 miles away from the town, a winery has been built on the slopes of a larger hill, protected by two droids.

So far the town is zero-waste with everything being recycled or re purposed, however, as Beacon grows, that might become harder to achieve. All food is grown organically, but the food is scanned and cleaned of alien pathogens before being sold to the general populace. A tavern, which brews its own ale, has popped up on the riverfront, selling krickens, a local crab-like crustacean, seasoned and with butter, which has quickly become a town favorite. Wine from the winery is also sold there, but most of the wine is sold from Al's Liquor Store on Main Street.

Since winter had just ended a month ago, and it is Beacon's first, a Spring Festival has been declared, complete with food, fireworks, and plenty.

Mycra has thrown a festival called the Festival of a Annual. People mill around in boats, and eat food. The cuisine of Mycra revolves around seafood, and a growing trend is to eat it raw. This type of cuisine is called Suzi. 

Jem has begun cloning of Greywolf populations, in order to act as scouts in the heavy forest on the mainland of Aelia. Attempts at scouting deep in the forest have been unsuccesful as of yet. Jem will cap the greywolf scouts at 50 for the time being.

Cryton City is the new metropolis of Aelia, because of the fertile land surrounding it. Cryton (aka the actual fortress) is a stalwart fort, and a center for Aelian research. 

A merchant has been sent to Beacon to establish relations.

Jem has arrived in Uly, where he waits for other nations representatives to join the world meeting.

The Colonist have elected a new leader, Klaus Schmmidt. A total of 14 Factories have been created. 6 for Military Goods and 8 for Civilian Goods. The Total population is now 12,472. 2,000 Men are in the Army.

Diplomat William Lennisworth has been sent to Beacon. Klaus Schmmidt arrived at Uly, World Meeting Building in his personal plane. Meeting Jem,
