The War of Survival / Applications

Rules for applications:

1: Must use the rubric provided.
2: For every advantage you must have a disadvantage, such as if you have high population or reproductive rate, you heed to have short lives, or something to that effect.
3: All applications must be accepted before Roleplay, and you shall receive your acceptance via TG, not on this thread.
4: This Thread is reserved for APPLICATIONS ONLY. Do not talk about anything else on this RP except for posting your applications. This is for us experienced or inexperienced RPers to find out the strengths and weaknesses of our allies or enemies. Again, APPLICATION POSTS ONLY. You will be asked to remove your post if I cannot remove it for you.
5: Keep in mind, if you "sell yourself short" that is what you have to deal with throughout the RP, but also, if you make yourself too large, you will have to compensate for low defenses, low birth rate, things like that. As I said, if there are any things that are wrong, then you will be contacted.

How it plays in society or government: It preaches service to the race and Titans, and to do for the greater good. Almost the whole society is practicing the religion, and this has instilled the codes of Honor, Family, Soldiery, and Service

Attitudes toward different races: very racist, believe other species are below them in fighting skill and strength, but also are reeling back from enslavement 1500 years before the Roleplay

Economic Setup: Capitalist Feudalism.
Classes of society: There are the Ahmilaht, or the "serfs", in charge of keeping the economy going, but within the serf society there is the high, middle and low class income citizens. Above these Serfs are people who serve in the military other than High Dotarians. The regular military personnel are called Rahzun, and these people are made up of honored Ahmilaht. Ones who are High Dotarians serve in the military by default, but serve since they can train, and train until they mature for the military. These are called Vandeiniik, or the Vanguards. The Ken, or the Knights, are Vanguard Knights. These people are Lords, Generals, or Soldiers in the military of distinguished fighting skill. Above them all, is the Ryse. Economic classes though, are made up just like those of the United States.

Military Training: 10, as training has been known to kill people
Military Strengths: High morale, strong training, superior weaponry, ruthlessness, superior tactics, quick logistics (can field equipment quickly)
Military Weaknesses: High sense of honor that can make them make reckless decisions, low number of soldiers, not many nations like them for their ruthlessness, MUST be fed a certain amount of food due to extremely hight metabolism

Population: Hard to tell, but it's quite even. Except the Drozonan, since they breed many times during a standard year, and produce many eggs.

Classes: 56% Working Class. 28% Middle Class. 16% High Class.

Culture Base: N/A

Religion: No unified religion.
Description of Religion: N/A
How it plays in society or government: The multiple religions can affect the Government at times. The Vshorizi can be considered fanatical, while the Jurgir can be quite aggregate with their Warrior culture/religion. Most of it is kept out of the High Council, but there is religious residue.

Technology: Tier 2 Halo Scale, Type II Kardashev Scale

Attitudes toward different races: Depends on how they are towards the Collective. Varies between each individual race.

Economic Setup: Universal Currencies, shared income among all species.
Classes of society: Debatable. The Sonazarians practice something like Communism, while the Dushraki practice something like Democracy. But usually the shared worlds have slums, suburbs and high rises for respective classes of economy.

Military Strengths: Multiple species with advanced technology and a battlefield bonding between all eight species within the Torogian Collective.
Military Weaknesses: Must rely on each other to be truly effective.

Culture Bases: A Mix of British Monarchism and American Democracy

Religion: Order of The Dark Jedi
Description of Religion: The Dark Jedi are more or less acting peacekeepers of their realm, however in terms of recruitment, they do not allow just anyone to join the Order. The Dark Jedi find and locate Force Sensitive Children across the Galaxy, and when they are of age, they have the opportunity to Join the Order as a Youngling in order to learn more about The Force.
How it plays in society or government: While the Order of the Dark Jedi is not entirely supported by the Senate, but due to their involvement in the Revolution and their status as Peacekeepers, the Senate abides by this and even allows a Dark Jedi to even serve as Chancellor if they wish.

Technology: Officially in Tech Tier 2, Progress is being made for Transition to Tier 1 Tech

Attitudes toward different races: The Dark Jedi Republic is, in a way observant of different races, studying their Traits, Attitude, and Personalities, after studying these, they can either be welcoming or Unwelcoming of these Races, however exceptions are made for individuals of these races who show a change of Attitude towards other Races.
Foreign policy : 6 (Leaning more towards Diplomacy, However Willing to shift more towards Militaristic Ideals)

Economic Setup: Mix of Capitalism and Communism, Government controls some aspects of Economy, and other Aspects are left alone.
Classes of society: Currently there is no Class of Society due to encouragement of people being treated equally, however the classes are divided in terms of importance. The First Class consists of those in High Government or Military Positions (I.e. Emperor, Chancellor, Chief's Of Staff, Ect...) and hold the greatest power, the majority of these positions for the exception of Emperor can be decided upon the Senate and the Senators in a Majority Vote.

The Second Class consists of those who serve in the Senate and hold Moderate power, these Senators serve and represent their individual planets, Senators also have the choice to participate in votes for the Chancellery and can vote out the current Chancellor in a Vote of No Confidence. Additionally, Rulers of Planets are listed in this class but officially in the first class due to many of them choosing not to participate in the Senate (This is Exempt for Officials on Occupied Planets)

The Third and Final Class consists of Civilians and other Government Rulers (I.e. Rulers of Planets, Representatives, ect) While the Government Officials are listed in this class, they are listed here due to the majority of them choosing representatives to operate on their behalf in the Senate, however the Government Officials are chosen from their own People to rule over them.

Classes of society: About 70% of the population are the 'Heisei', meaning that they keep the economy going and keeping the Continuum alive. However, about 24% of the population above the 'Heisei' are the 'Razecs', who keep their place in the military. And above them, the top 6% are known as the 'Kaisers', mostly consisting of Regulus Khans and honored 'Razecs'. However, above them all is the Princeps. Other than that, the economic class is almost as same as that of the United States.

Appearance: Similar to homo-sapiens, their genetic kin, but their skin is a sickly green and grows green crystals with age. Blood will crystallize with the same crystals when exposed to the air. They have a stronger skeletal structure and are fairly larger than homo-sapiens.
Notable Traits: The crystals are toxic to all life, even the Mutates, who despite having built up a resistance to it's effects still slowly die.

Religion: Roughly half worshiping a deity known as Lak. The other half worshiping Lok.
Description of Religion: Lak is supposedly the god who created the crystal and his followers believe he will guide them towards being the pinnacle of evolution. Lok is supposedly the being who will destroy the crystal forever and free the people from its effects.
How it plays in society or government: The most accepted is the worship of Lok, and the government is currently trying to save their people from the crystal.

Technology : Tier 3

Attitudes toward different races: Neutral to outsiders, and they wear sealed biohazard suits to prevent spread of the crystal. Not afraid to start wars to prevent it’s spread. They are nicer to human’s though.

Economic Setup: Capitalism
Classes of society: Scion Caste mutates are scientists and researchers and doctors, being held in high regard by the people (make up 13% of the population). Militan Caste mutates are the military and civil service, and respected by many but hated by others (make up 37% of the population). Govern Caste mutates are politicians and government officials and are met with mixed response from the populace (make up 10% of the population). Crystat Caste mutates are the regular people, (make up 40% of the population.)

Military Weaknesses: Somewhat outdated technology, low survival rate as wounds cause major crystallization in the mutate that require immediate medical attention.

Ability to create shield worlds, terraform, or make artificial planets, yes or no?: Yes and no, the crystals alter the planet and make it somewhat habitable for the mutates, but it kills most other life forms and the Varos Republic does not do this on purpose under any circumstances.
